Matters You Submit to the site

BESTEC Automation welcomes all the comments from internet visitors regarding the global access of the site. You may send the feedback and comments via online submission form or e-mail us directly. It is BESTEC Automation's policy to respect the privacy of all visitors who give valuable comments. Therefore, in addition to the privacy of registration data (names, companies, addresses, e-mail address, tel., fax), BESTEC Automation will only use and process as internal purpose as necessary, and not disclose the privacy data of the registers unless required in the course of normal maintenance of the site and its systems or unless required to do so by law or in the good-faith belief that such action is necessary to:

The registers shall remain solely responsible for the content of their messages sent. By submitting any materials to the site, the registers automatically grant (or warrant that the owner of such rights has expressly granted) us a perpetual, royalty-free, irrevocable, non-exclusive right and license to use, reproduce, modify, create derivative works from and distribute such materials or incorporate such materials into any form, media, or technology now known or later developed.

Privacy

Registered data about the activity of the visitors to this site is automatically provided to BESTEC Automation when you surf over the site. It is used by the owner of the site for internal review in aggregate and non-personally-identifiable form. E-mail addresses and other personally identifying data about the registers is known to BESTEC Automation only when voluntarily submitted or posted to the site. BESTEC Automation sometimes uses e-mail addresses and other personally identifying information to contact the registers who communicate with BESTEC Automation. In addition, BESTEC Automation direct e-mail to the registers who provide with their e-mail addresses for specific purposes such as responding to an inquiry or notifying clients of the deliver schedule of orders. We also use the shipping and payment addresses of the clients to send them BESTEC Automation print catalog and ordered commodities. If at any point the registers no longer wish to receive communications from BESTEC Automation, or you have questions about our privacy or legal policies, please forward such request to BESTEC Automation administration.

BESTEC Automation will not use the clients personal and business information for any purposes. The clients information will not be given to any other companies and any third parties. BESTEC Automation will not keep the recovered data after two weeks the clients receive back the data.
